Clearly, we must be careful not to send excessive communications to our database, the majority of whom are valued supporters, but with a regular newsletter other communications, there are regular opportunities to communicate a message about the partnership.

With over 40 years experience between them, the Julia’s House fundraising team is small but effective source of advice and support for the partnership.

Julia’s House has been very successful in developing relationships with media in Dorset and beyond. The charity features very regularly in local newspapers, magazines and radio. Additionally, the charity has appeared on local and national television four times in the last year.

Pull-up displays, general leaflets and newsletters are readily available for use at fundraising events and we would always be happy to produce bespoke materials for specific events.

Our shops are a vital window to the local community and they are always happy to carry information about fundraising events and news relating the partnership. Over the coming years, Julia’s House aims to grow its shop network to have a presence in all major towns in Dorset.
Opportunities to visit.
We have regular open days at Julia’s House, so your staff and customers will be able to come and see first hand how their support can make a difference for the lives of Dorset children suffering with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. Additionally, your dedicated contact can come out to you and speak to the staff with first hand experience of the work of the children’s hospice and community service.
