Working for Julia's House
Providing a caring, responsible and professional environment
We are a dynamic, fast-growing charity and recently won the RBS Best Management Team Award at the 2007 Dorset Business Awards, recognising excellence in ‘leadership, strategy, financial performance, creativity and an energetic and vibrant place to work.’
In order to provide the best possible care for life-limited and life-threatened children throughout Dorset, Julia’s House aims to recruit and keep quality staff with the right skills and capabilities.
This means that we must be competitive with other care providers such as the NHS and we must be recognised as an excellent employer. Julia’s House places great importance on maintaining a healthy organisational culture and so the subject receives its own section in the charity’s strategic plan and all staff are asked to sign a values document.
