Much loved Harry Redknapp has been a long-standing ambassador for Julia's House. The FA Cup Final wining manager with Portsmouth spoke of the charity:

“The care that Julia's House gives to terminally-ill children and the support that they provide to their families is vital. I'm a father myself, but I can't imagine what it must be like for these families. The pressures must be immense.

At Julia's House they concentrate on making sure that every day is special for these children and that the whole family gets the support they need. We can all do something to help these children and families by supporting Julia's House. I urge you to do the same and together we can make sure that their vital work is available for future generations.”

Martin ClunesMartin Clunes

Martin is a passionate supporter of Julia's House and played a major role in our Yellow Brick Road Appeal, which raised funds for the initial building of the hospice.

"Julia's House, as well as being a building, is a wonderful community of the most fantastic people. Thanks for having me on board as one of your patrons!"

Rt. Rev’d Timothy Thornton, Bishop of SherborneTimothy Thornton

"It is a privilege to be involved with the work of Julia's House. It is very important to stay alongside families when they come to terms with the news that a child is terminally ill. The effort and energy given freely by all at Julia's House is an inspiration to others.

Their care and concern and the empathy they show to those who are supported by Julia's House is marvellous. In a busy and pressurised world it is a great example to others that the staff, supporters and volunteers of Julia's House give of their time and attention to those who need it most.

I am very pleased to be associated with Julia's House and would encourage everyone to support this important work in whatever way they can."

The Hon. Mrs Pamela DraxPamela Drax
